Percy has been appointed to the board as a director and is responsible for new business development. He has almost there decades of experience within the construction industry, this has given him huge exposure to the specific client base that D and M has been targeting. He specializes in marketing the organization, but he also ensures the company`s strategy with regards to social and community responsibility is achieved through training and development of human capital.
